At last year’s interpack, Haas-Meincke, Skovlunde, Denmark, introduced its V60-3 depositing machine. This system can handle semiliquid batter and soft-deposit doughs, and it comes equipped with a wire cutter and extruder for stiff doughs, chocolate fillings and low-fat extruded products. For example, the machine can produce a cookie with two flavored doughs and soft chocolate filling. A modified extrusion head allows processing of stiff doughs and semiliquid batters.
