LIMA, OHIO — Rudolph Foods has purchased GasLamp Popcorn. The sale includes the business and a production facility in California.

“Our company founders, John and Mary Rudolph, believed that if they made the best tasting pork rinds in the world they could build a company,” said Rich Rudolph, president. “Fifty-six years later we remain committed to that principle as we expand our product offerings. We found that GasLamp Popcorn shares the same beliefs. They hand make each batch in small kettles and use the very best all-natural ingredients. It was the best kettle popcorn we had ever tasted. This acquisition helps us to diversify our snack food offerings and reach new consumers.”
