Pamela's launches three new gluten-free mixes

UKIAH, CALIF. — Pamela’s Products has introduced three new gluten-free mixes: artisan flour blend, oatmeal cookie mix, and sugar cookie – roll and cut mix.
“Say goodbye to tasteless gluten-free desserts this holiday season,” said Pamela Giusto-Sorrells, president and founder. “My new flour blend and cookie mixes make gluten-free baking so easy you’ll be using them over and over again.”
The artisan flour blend is a multipurpose flour replacement for wheat flour in most recipes, and it includes 10 grams of whole grains per serving. It is made without leavening or sugar and is 100% free of wheat, gluten, dairy and corn. Available in 24-oz bags, the blend will hit store shelves in early fall, with a suggested retail price of $5.99 and a 4-lb bag with an s.r.p. of $13.75.
Pamela’s oatmeal cookie mix is made with certified gluten-free pure oats and includes 11 grams of whole grains per serving. Pamela’s oats are certified by the Gluten Free Certification Organization. The mix may be prepared with or without dairy. Available in 13-oz bags, the mix will hit store shelves early fall with an s.r.p. of $5.39.
