NORWICH, VT. — King Arthur Flour’s bi-monthly baking newsletter, The Baking Sheet, has received a Silver Award in the Best Redesign category as part of the 6th Annual Magnum Opus awards. The awards program is sponsored by ContentWise in conjunction with the Missouri School of Journalism.

"We’re thrilled that The Baking Sheet has been recognized once again for the quality of its design and content as we seek to educate, excite and inspire bakers," said Susan Reid, editor of The Baking Sheet. In 2008, The Baking Sheet won a Silver Award in the Best Regular Feature category for its "Recipe Makeover" column.

Since its launch in 1990, The Baking Sheet has transitioned from a small-size, black-and-white newsletter to a full-size, 24-page booklet that features a variety of recipes, color photographs, process illustrations, extra tips and information. The newsletter is mailed to more than 20,000 subscribers who pay $21.95 a year for six issues.
