WASHINGTON — Chris Finck, Larry Marcucci and J. Bowman Williams have been named to the 2010-12 board of directors for the American Bakers Association.

Mr. Finck, senior vice-president of Sara Lee Fresh Bakery, and Mr. Marcucci, president of Alpha Baking Co., joined the board in May.

“We are thrilled to welcome Mr. Finck and Mr. Marcucci to the board of directors,” said Robb MacKie, president and chief executive officer of the A.B.A. “They both bring a wealth of knowledge and experience from their respective careers and we look forward to the valuable guidance and contributions they will surely bring to our organization.”

Mr. Williams, president of B.C. Williams Bakery Service, was elected to a two-year term as a special allied at-large representative.

“Mr. Williams’ diverse experience and understanding of the industry makes him the perfect voice for A.B.A.’s supplier companies, who have always been an integral component of our membership,” Mr. MacKie said. “The partnership between our bakers and suppliers will thrive under his leadership.”
