NORTH ANDOVER, MASS. — Jessica’s Brick Oven, Inc., a wholesale artisan bread bakery that specializes in all-natural, hand-crafted specialty bread, is moving to a 63,000-square-foot location in North Andover, according to the Eagle-Tribune. The wholesale bakery previously operated out of an 11,000-square-foot facility in Woburn, Mass., since 1997.

Jessica’s Brick Oven Inc. now employs about 75 people but will expand to more than 200 employees in the next year or so. The company is expected to move to the North Andover location in late September or early October, the Eagle-Tribune said.

Founded in 1997, Jessica’s Brick Oven was purchased by Nabil Boghos and his wife, Rose, in 2008. At that time, the Boghos changed the focus of the bakery’s customer base from commercial to retail businesses.
Jessica’s Brick Oven’s product line includes Tuscan bread, baguettes, breadsticks and twists, ficelle, focaccia bread, rounds, loafs, Pullmans, rolls and specialty bread.
