LENEXA, KAS. — Jim Parker has been named president and chief executive officer of BakeMark USA, Pico Rivera, Calif., by CSM while Bill Day has been named executive vice-president of sales for CSM Bakery Products, Tucker, Ga.

Mr. Parker joined BakeMark 15 years ago and has held various roles, including senior vice-president of sales and operations for BakeMark USA, a subsidiary of CSM. He has been responsible for managing the company’s distribution centers and associated activities, including operations, sales, manufacturing and procurement.

Before working at BakeMark, Mr. Parker initiated a start-up company and managed it as c.e.o. and president for more than 10 years. The company was sold to Beatrice, a division of ConAgra Foods Inc., that later was acquired by International Multifoods.

Mr. Day formerly was president and c.e.o. of BakeMark USA and BakeMark Canada. He joined CSM in 2002. In 2006 he was named president and c.e.o. of BakeMark USA. Before joining CSM, Mr. Day held technical, operations and general management positions at companies such as Quik-To-Fix Foods, H&M Food Systems Co., Stella Foods, Inc., All American Gourmet Co. and General Foods Corp.
