Two new Vegeceuticals from WILD Flavors contribute phytonutrients to snacks, baked foods, nutrition bars and other food products. The company reports its vegetable extract blends go “above and beyond a typical serving of veggies.” The orange extract blend provides beta-carotene from carrot, pumpkin, sweet potato, paprika and Reishi mushrooms. The red extract blend offers anthocyanins from purple sweet potato, purple maize, purple carrot, beet, rhubarb, tomato and red cabbage.
