Egan Food Technologies introduces an improved chocolate moulding plant with more than two dozen design changes. Most notably, the line features a continuous, captured-chain mould circuit, improving its production capacity. With the mould circuit, manufacturers will also see smoother operation and higher depositing speeds while putting an end to the stop-and-start routine. The new mould plant includes an oscillating, 2-axis depositor and allows simple disassembly for quick changeovers and improved sanitation.
