Govanil vanillas, a new range from Solvay Aroma Performance, provide a long-lasting effect on the palate with an intensity up to 20% greater than standard vanilla flavors. This property helps compensate for reduced fat or sugar content in foods. The company said these flavors significantly enrich other tastes, including butter, egg, caramel and fruit, especially in bakery products.
