Harvest Pearl sorghum flour from ADM Milling provides a gluten-free grain alternative for baked foods. With a light color and neutral flavor, it has little impact on the appearance and flavor of the finished product. It is effective as well in extruded products, expanding well to yield crisp texture for cereals, snacks and nutrition bars. It is also available in a whole grain option.
