Milk chocolate fortified with whey protein isolate forms the basis for Herza Schokolade’s small pieces and clusters. They can be used in sports and fitness bars as well as pastries. The chocolate contains up to 30% protein and only half as much sugar as standard milk chocolate. The mini-clusters give a second-bite effect, and because they have no open cut edges, they offer an attractive, handmade look.
