Vitamin D3 in powder and tablet forms is provided by AB Mauri Fleischmann’s in conjunction with its yeast products. When added to dough, the powder or tablets will result in predictable fortification levels that meet FDA requirements for “good source” labeling, meeting a minimum of 40 IUs per serving. Use of vitamin D3 in these forms allows application-specific fortification.
