Bridor, Montreal, Quebec, launched the Chocolate Avalanche, a ready-to-bake dessert. The Avalanche is made with pure butter, is pre-egg-washed and has 35 g fine milk chocolate. With a target length of 11.5 cm and a unit weight of 4.1 oz, the Chocolate Avalanche comes 60 to a case.
