Continuing its exploration of new tastes, Fuchs North America has released 10 more seasonings and flavors evoking international cuisines and building on its original Ethnic Inspirations Collection introduced in early 2014. This new group spans the globe from Latin America and North Africa to South Asia and the Far East. “As the world becomes a smaller place, America’s taste palate is becoming more adventuresome,” said Howard Cantor, the company’s corporate research chef. The 10 are Babi Panggang, Copacabana Black Bean, Laotian Larb, North African Adobo and Nuoc Cham seasonings; Bahia-Brazilian Churrascaria, Moroccan Harissa and Panaji Pork rubs; and Cambodian and Korma spice blends.
