Improved icing stabilizers

UltraSet, a new line of icing stabilizers from Watson, Inc., comes in a concentrated format without the extra sugars commonly used as diluents. The concentrates also save raw material, freight and warehouse costs. The stabilizers allow products to be handled more easily during packaging and help prevent icing from sticking to wrappers. By managing moisture migration, they speed drying of the icing and prevent cracking and weeping. The stabilizers come in clear, semi-transparent and opaque white styles.
