Durable large-format pans from American Pan, a Bundy Baking Solution, allow bun bakers to operate more efficiently as each pan holds more product. Bakeries require fewer pans to meet production needs, have fewer gaps between pans (less unused capacity) and can reduce pan inventory. Additionally, with increased line efficiency, bakeries can slow line speeds while maintaining the same throughput, resulting in less system wear and tear.
