Vitamin D enrichment for bread

Lallemand launched a range of Instaferm VitaD premixes to give bakers more control and flexibility when enriching their breads with vitamin D. The blends of dried VitaD yeast (saccharomyces cerevisiae) and wheat flour can be used in bread, rolls and fine bakery products.
