Wheat and rye living sourdoughs

Puratos launched two living sourdoughs: Sapore Adelia and Sapore Oracolo. These sourdoughs provide leavening, texture and flavor and are ready-to-use for all bakers. Being ready-to-use offers bakers convenience and consistency in artisan bread production. Sapore Adelia is a liquid, living wheat sourdough with a creamy flavor profile. Sapore Oracolo is a liquid, living rye sourdough based on traditional fermentation of mixing grapes with flour to start levain fermentation.
