Hostess updates Nature's Pride packaging

IRVING, TEXAS — Hostess Brands, Inc. has unveiled new packaging for its Nature’s Pride wide-pan Hearty Breads featuring simplified nutritional benefits to help consumers make healthy, better-informed choices.

“At Nature’s Pride, we know making sense of nutritional information can be challenging for busy consumers looking for naturally delicious foods,” said Stacey Schultz, brand manager for Nature’s Pride. “So we’ve made it easier to learn about the nutritional benefits of our breads with easy-to-read nutritional facts and icons on all of our popular Hearty Bread varieties.”

The new packaging highlights that each slice of Nature’s Pride 100% Whole Wheat contains 22 grams of whole grains, contains no high-fructose corn syrup and is a good source of fiber, while Hearty Wheat with Flax packaging shows the bread is baked with pure olive oil and is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids. The new packaging soon will be expanded to all Nature’s Pride bread and roll varieties, Hostess said.

It is amazing at a time when this company is in bankruptcy for the second time, and has taken money away from it's drivers and quit paying into their pension fund, saying they have no money for this , have somehow found the money for new packaging and money giveaways in contests. This is another reason this place is in need of new management from District level all the way to CEO. If they have the money for all these things, give us our $ 120/week BACK!
