Yeast processor moves, plans culinary center

MONTREAL — Bio Springer announced consolidation and relocation of its Montreal office to Milwaukee, effective Jan. 1, 2014. The company also plans to create a new culinary applications center at its new location by July.

 

“The new headquarters will provide more centralized resources as well as the benefit of closer proximity to our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and to our customer base in the U.S.,” the company said. Bio Springer manufactures and markets yeast-derived products, including clean-label savory ingredients.

 

With the move, the company also will change its name from Bio Springer North America, Inc. to Bio Springer North America Corp.
