McDonald's is introducing mini Bundt cakes in both cinnamon and chocolate flavors.

LOS ANGELES — McDonald’s restaurants in Southern California have a few new offerings for customers looking for baked foods. Beginning this spring the fast-food chain will introduce Bundt cakes, pastries and fried pies. Bundt cakes are offered in cinnamon and chocolate flavors while Petite Pastries are available in both cinnamon and cherry flavors. Both have a recommended price of $1.99.

McDonald’s also said it will offer its apple and cherry fried pies all day at its Southern California restaurants.

“Spring has sprung, and McDonald’s is thrilled to offer sweet treats to all of our guests, all day long,” said Clay Paschen III, president of McDonald’s Operators’ Association of Southern California. “The launch of these three new items is an example of our dedication to providing fresh, innovative and delicious food items throughout the year.”

The new Bundt cakes, pastries and fried pies will be available all year, with a rotation of flavors.

The McDonald’s Operators’ Association of Southern California (MOASC) is comprised of more than 600 franchised and company-owned McDonald’s restaurants in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties.
