GAITHERSBURG, MD. — SubConnection, a deli concept from food service operator Sodexo, has introduced a new line of freshly baked, flavored bread. New flavors include maple bacon, jalapeño cheddar, Old Bay Cheddar, roasted garlic and Parmesan, salt and pepper, sriracha and orange peel, Thai, Buffalo, Parmesan herb, pretzel, white wheat, Southwest white wheat, rolled oat white wheat and Everything. SubConnection has more than 100 locations across the nation at schools and universities, corporate offices, and health care facilities.

“Our new bread flavors reinvigorate the everyday sandwich and provide consumers experiences that reflect their lifestyles,” said Eunese Shaw Brent, director of brand management, Sodexo. “Maple bacon and sriracha orange peel stand at opposite ends of the spectrum: One evokes nostalgia while the other touches on a new trend. The Everything sub roll, like the popular bagel, is for those who want it all. Customers can pair their bread choice with quality meats, fresh vegetables, toppings and sauces.”
