Hodgson Mill adds quinoa and brown rice side dishes

EFFINGHAM, ILL. — Hodgson Mill is introducing new gluten-free Quinoa & Brown Rice side dishes. The new side dishes are available in five varieties: Italian, garlic and herb, lemon pepper, spicy or Mediterranean.

Hodgson Mill said the new side dishes contain organic quinoa and all natural seasonings with 5 grams of protein and 2 grams of fiber per serving. They also contain less than 90 grams of sodium, are certified kosher and packaged in a gluten-free facility.
