DELRAY BEACH, FLA. — Better4U Foods has expanded its line of gluten-free pizzas with the launch of a new personal version of the company’s frozen multigrain gluten-free pizzas.

Better4U Foods will offer a personal-sized 7-inch version of each of the brand’s full-sized multigrain gluten-free pizzas. Personal-sized varieties now include: gluten-free four cheese, gluten-free roasted vegetable, gluten-free pepperoni, gluten-free Mediterranean and dairy free gluten-free roasted vegetable.

Each personal-sized multigrain gluten-free pizza contains 15 grams of whole grains. A company-owned certified gluten-free facility in Ontario produces the personal pizzas.

“We’re pleased that we can offer the gluten-free consumer more options and advantageous pricing,” said Jack Lotker, founder and chief executive officer of Better4U Foods. “Creating high quality nutritious products that are delicious, convenient and superior value has been a goal of ours from day one.”

Each 9.5-oz personal pizza has a suggested retail price of $5.99 to $6.99.

In addition to multigrain gluten-free pizza, Better4U Foods offers four varieties of multigrain thin crust pizza, two varieties of multigrain ultra-thin sprouted grain pizza and a shelf stable gluten-free pizza crust.
