ATLANTA — Cinnabon is taking its business right into the kitchen with its new Cinnabon Baking Kit. The kit allows the opportunity to bake Cinnabon cinnamon rolls in the kitchen, available exclusively at 2,500 Wal-Mart stores. The Cinnabon Baking Kit has a suggested retail price of $5.98 and will be available in the Wal-Mart baking section this holiday season.

Pillsbury and Cinnabon team up for super cinnamon rolls

MINNEAPOLIS — Pillsbury, a brand of General Mills, Inc., and Cinnabon, Inc. have partnered to create a new Cinnabon Bakery Inspired Cinnamon Roll. Each package contains four cinnamon rolls, a container of Cinnabon cinnamon topping and one pouch of frosting. The new product may be found in retail stores nationwide at a suggested retail price of $4.49.

Life Choice debuts multi-grain snack

OMAHA, NEB. — Life Choice, a division of ConAgra Foods, Inc., has delivered a new puffed, multi-grain snack, Delight Bites. The new snack is offered in multiple flavors, including sea salt, sweet and tangy BBQ, and Parmesan garlic and herb. Each serving of Delight Bites includes 6 grams of whole grains, but zero grams of trans fats and no cholesterol. The snack is available in 5-oz bags at Wal-Mart stores nationwide for a suggested retail price of $2.48.

MINNEAPOLIS — Pillsbury will be launching a new refrigerated cookie in two flavors. The cookies, with a creamy melted center and chocolate drizzle on top, come in two dessert flavors: S’more Sensation and Molten Fudge Cake. Annie’s popping into pizza business

BERKELEY, CALIF. — Annie’s, Inc. introduced new Pizza Poppers and Mini Pizza Bagels into the frozen aisle. The bite-sized pizza snacks have no artificial flavors or synthetic colors. The Pizza Poppers is a microwavable snack, filled with cheese and tomato sauce, wrapped in a crust, containing 7 grams of protein per serving. The microwavable Mini Pizza Bagels are made with whole grains and contain 10 grams of protein per serving. Old London Melba renews itself

PARSIPPANY, N.J. — B&G Foods announced it is transforming the original Melba toast brand, Old London. The product will be renewed in colorful packaging and new flavors. To spread the word about the rebranding, Old London partnered up with Lisa Lillien, a New York Times best-selling author and creator of the Hungry Girl brand. Old London Melba Toasts and Snacks come in 15 different flavors, with  60 to 70 calories.

Mediterra nutrition bars to make retail debut

NEW YORK — Less than three months after its launch, Mediterra nutrition bars are now available in Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage, a natural and organic retailer. Vitamin Cottage is the first large retailer to offer the Mediterra nutrition bars on its shelves. Mediterra all-natural bars have six flavors that feature fruits, vegetables and grains.
