Nestle debuts DiGiorno pizzeria! thin crust pizza

New line of products includes four varieties.

SOLON, OHIO — Nestle USA is adding to its DiGiorno frozen pizza line with the launch of DiGiorno pizzeria! thin crust pizzas. The new pizzas are available in four varieties: Supreme Speciale, Margherita, Primo Pepperoni and Spinach and Mushroom.

Each pizzeria! thin crust pizza starts with a preservative-free crust that is proofed for nearly 90 minutes before being baked in a 700-degree oven for a thin and crispy crust. The pizza features extra virgin olive oil, sauce made from scratch using vine-ripened tomatoes, and basil, thyme and oregano.

“Our consumers are at the heart of everything we do, and when they told us they were searching for a premium, oven-ready pizza with a delicious thin crust, we listened,” said Todd Macsuga, director of marketing for Nestle Pizza. “DiGiorno pizzeria! thin crust pizzas are crafted with care — from the thin and crispy crust to the delicious toppings, they are carefully made with the quality our consumers want and deserve.”

Digiorno pizzeria! thin crust pizzas are available at local grocery stores nationwide and have a suggested retail of $6.99.
