The Good Table dinner kits contain no high-fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors or colors.

MINNEAPOLIS — General Mills has launched a new brand of dinner kits called The Good Table. Featuring gourmet-style sauce and crust mixes for chicken and fish, the products contain no added monosodium glutamate, artificial flavors, high-fructose corn syrup or colors from artificial sources.

Varieties include Parmesan and herb chicken, Southwest tortilla chicken, Thai peanut chicken, and lemon and herb fish. The packages contain a coating sauce to keep the meat moist and a crust mix with such flavorful additions as tomato pieces, crushed tortilla chips, herbs and peanuts.

The Good Table joins several other easy-to-prepare meal options in General Mills’ portfolio, including Helper, Old El Paso and Annie’s.
