UKIAH, CALIF. — Pamela’s Products is launching a new line of pastas and pasta meals, marking the gluten-free baking mix and snack company’s foray into the pasta category.

Made with white rice flour and sprouted brown rice flour, Pamela’s pasta products are Non-GMO Project verified, U.S.D.A. certified organic and offer 8 grams of pea protein per serving. The dried pastas are available in four varieties: penne, rotini, elbows and spaghetti.

Additionally, Pamela’s will offer pasta meals featuring its new gluten-free pasta paired with sauce packets made with 100% cheese, the company said. Providing 13 grams of pea protein per 2-oz serving, the meals come in four varieties: Mac N’ Cheese, Spicy Mac N’ Cheese, Creamy Alfredo and Creamy Mushroom.
