DALLAS — Kevin Adams has joined Cain Food Industries, Inc. as Midwest region sales manager. Mr. Adams has more than 36 years of baking science technology and operations experience.
Prior to joining Cain Food, Mr. Adams was vice-president of worldwide baking technologies and operations at East Balt Baking Inc., Chicago. Earlier, he held various positions with Metz Baking Co. and Interstate Brands Corp.
“Kevin will continue our excellence in customer support and solutions for dough conditioners, both clean label and traditional, including ADA replacement, softeners/anti-staling, oxidizing agents, reducing agents, mold inhibitors, sodium reduction and custom blending,” Cain Food said. “Kevin brings bakery knowledge that will help our customers keep the art of baking a little simpler and healthier.”
