Longtime I.A.O.M. secretary/treasurer dies

STATESVILLE, N.C. — Harry “Bunny” Withers Myers III, 61, of Statesville, died Feb. 7. He was the International Association of Operative Millers (I.A.O.M.) Southeastern District secretary/treasurer for 27 years.

Mr. Myers was a graduate of North Iredell High School and North Carolina State University where he received his degree in agriculture.

He was employed by Corbion Caravan as a senior sales and service representative. He was also vice-president of Statesville Analytical, Inc. He enjoyed raising registered Herford cattle, traveling and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Dena Chaffins Myers.
