CHICAGO — Brighette Anderson has joined Bays Corp. as technical services director. Ms. Anderson will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing food safety and regulatory compliance policies and procedures for Bays English Muffins.

Ms. Anderson has more than 12 years of experience in the food industry and most recently was quality manager at Gonnella Baking Co. Earlier, she worked in quality assurance/quality control for Kraft Foods for three years.
“We are extremely excited to have Brighette aboard as our technical services director,” said George Bay, president of Bays Corp. “This position is critical, and we look forward to having her continue to lead the development of quality systems and global food safety standards at all of our facilities.”
Located in Chicago’s west Loop, Bays English Muffin Corp. has been a family-owned and operated business since 1933. The bakers at Bays follow an original family recipe and a baking process passed down through the generations. The company’s muffins are available in Original, sourdough, honey wheat and multi-grain varieties. They are sold in the refrigerated section of grocery stores and supermarkets nationwide.
