Amplify Snack Brands owns the SkinnyPop, Paqui, Oatmega and Tyrrells brands.

AUSTIN, TEXAS — Malcolm Burns has been promoted to senior vice-president and managing director international for Amplify Snack Brands, Inc., owner of SkinnyPop, Paqui, Oatmega and Tyrrells brands.

Mr. Burns joined Amplify at the beginning of 2017 as head of European finance and has been interim managing director since June. Prior to Amplify, he held a variety of senior strategy and finance director roles in the U.K., Eastern Europe and Africa for Cadbury, Kraft Foods, Mondelez International and British Sugar.
