CHANNAHON, ILL. — IOI Loders Croklaan will showcase its latest advancement, the FuseRite line of colored and flavored shortenings, during the International Baking Industry Exposition in Las Vegas Oct. 6-9.

“FuseRise is creamy, consistent, easy to use and trans-fat free, making it the ideal palm shortening,” said Maarten Goos, marketing manager for IOI Loders Croklaan. “Perhaps best of all, the FuseRite line will enhance an application’s color, flavor and texture — all to support our continuous effort to meet the needs of the market.”

Mr. Goos said the FuseRite shortenings offer shelf stability and a customizable melting point. He added product developers may visit IOI Loders Croklaan’s new creative studio in Channahon to find out more about FuseRite along with other ingredients.
