New quinoa ingredient features smooth texture benefits

The Trim technology is a U.S. Department of Agriculture-patented process that improves the functional benefits of whole grains. It creates products with the smooth texture and mouth-feel of dairy or coconut cream without using any chemicals or enzymes.
