WÄDENSWILL, SWITZERLAND — Frutarom Switzerland Ltd., Health BU Switzerland has entered the omega-3 fatty acid market by launching docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) marine-sourced ingredients. The omega-3 fatty acid ingredients are designed for use in a variety of food and beverage applications as well as dietary supplements.
