Bellarise organic dough conditioner
Bellarise's organic dough conditioner is made with non-bioengineered/non-G.M.O. and organic wheat flour, enzymes and ascorbic acid.

PASADENA, CALIF. — Bellarise has introduced an organic dough conditioner with non-bioengineered/non-G.M.O. and organic wheat flour, enzymes and ascorbic acid. Oregon Tilth, Corvallis, Ore., certified the dough conditioner as organic.

“Customer feedback led us to not only formulate a line of organic and non-G.M.O. solutions that makes purchasing and baking a lot easier, but we also lend our expertise in organic and non-G.M.O. to help customers earn the certifications they’re looking for, which can be a complicated process,” said Walt Postelwait, president of Pasadena-based Bellarise, part of Pak Group North America.
