Bruce Sloan joins Microgold Ingredients

HUTCHINSON, KAS. — Bruce Sloan has joined Hutchinson, Kas.-based Microgold Ingredients as vice-president of sales and marketing. Microgold is a provider of dough conditioners for microwave dough products such as pizza crusts, biscuits, handheld breakfast sandwiches, croissants and frozen dough. In his new position, Mr. Sloan will be responsible for growing the company’s dough improver and conditioner business. He has more than 25 years experience in functional food ingredient sales and management, and earlier held similar positions with Danisco USA and Bunge Foods Bakery Group.
