Aunt Gussie's expands gluten-free line

GARFIELD, N.J. — Aunt Gussie’s Cookies and Crackers, a family-owned bakery offering kosher certified baked foods, is expanding its line of gluten-free products with the July introduction of gluten free English muffins — available in original and cinnamon raisin — and Focaccia bread — available in fresh Rosemary and Kalamata Olive. The frozen products come in individually-wrapped servings and are baked with all-natural ingredients, including agave syrup. Aunt Gussie’s entered the gluten-free market last year with the launch of a line of cookies, including Chocolate Spritz, Sugar Free Vanilla Spritz, Chocolate Chip and Sugar Free Chocolate Chip with Almonds.
