SPOKANE, WASH. — Sticky Fingers Bakeries Specialty Foods, Inc., a manufacturer of scone mixes, muffin mixes, brownie mixes, and Irish Soda bread mix, is re-introducing its improved line of premium English scone mixes. The new product line is based on the company’s classic recipe enhanced with all natural ingredients and new spices.
The "just add water mix and bake" English scone mixes are now available in 16 flavors: original, apricot, lemon ginger, apple cinnamon, wild blueberry, lemon poppy seed, black currant, cranberry, cocoa chocolate chip, cinnamon raisin, tart cherry, raspberry, pumpkin cranberry, pumpkin spice; and the limited holiday flavors: peppermint chocolate chip and spiced eggnog.
Founded in 1987, Sticky Fingers Bakeries started selling muffins, sticky pecan buns, cakes, cookies, and cinnamon rolls to local individual customers, hotels and coffee shops in San Diego. By 1989, the company had developed a scone mix that required them to just add water mix and bake. Today, Sticky Fingers Bakeries products are available for on-line orders and delivery across the United States and Canada.
