Eggebrecht joins King Arthur Flour

NORWICH, VT. — Michael Eggebrecht has joined the technical baking services team at King Arthur Flour. Mr. Eggebrecht, a baker and bakery consultant based in Stevenson, Wash., will support the needs of the company’s bakery food service customers in areas such as problem solving, product development and business growth.

Mr. Eggebrecht will work alongside King Arthur Flour’s bakery food service sales team, including Tod Bramble, national sales manager; Robert Smith, senior sales manager; and Todd Andrews, Western region sales manager.

A lifelong baker with years of hands-on experience and a member of a multi-generational baking family, Mr. Eggebrecht is the principal of his own bakery consulting business, Artisan Baking Resources. The business is geared toward being a “resource center for the artisan baking community” through long-term partnerships and temporary consulting services.

Mr. Eggebrecht has been a member of the Bread Bakers Guild of America since 1995, and he has been nominated to its board of directors three times. He is also a member of the American Society of Baking and a regular contributor to baking trade publications.
