IRVING, TEXAS — Mission Foods, one of the largest tortilla manufacturers in the United States, will be featured on the History Channel’s newest show, “Food Tech,” airing Thursday, Feb. 11, at 9 p.m. E.S.T., and Friday, Feb. 12, at 1 a.m. E.S.T.

Hosted by Bobby Bognar, “Food Tech” offers an hour-long look at food production, from field to plate. In the episode set to air on Thursday, Mr. Bognar will look at Mexican fare, and at one point he will be filmed while at Mission Foods’ Dallas plant.

“Food Tech” has been airing on the History Channel since mid-January.
