MANHATTAN, KAS. — The International Grains Program, Kansas State Department of Grain Science, AIB International and the International Association of Operative Millers have joined forces to present “Grain Milling: Food Safety and HACCP Workshop.” The seminar will be held March 8-10. It has been developed specifically for the grain processing and milling industries.

Specifically, the workshop will explore:
• the flour milling process
• flour mill GMPs and master sanitation schedules
• HACCP defined
• how to develop a step-by-step process to implement a HACCP Program in a mill

The seminar will be held at the K.S.U. Department of Grain Science’s International Grains Program Conference Center, 1980 Kimball Ave., 102 IGP Bldg., Manhattan, KS 66506.
