Process Expo will feature nearly 30 hours of educational programming over the course of the show, which will run Nov. 1-4 at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL. These sessions, which are free with registration, focus on key issues of concern in the food and baking industry, and they include practical solutions that bakers can incorporate into their operations, according to the Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA), sponsor of the show.

Additionally, exhibitors will deliver a series of short technical workshops throughout the day on the show floor, covering a wide variety of topics of interest to food processors. Process Expo also will hold a seminar on Oct. 31 for Latin American attendees. These sessions will be presented in Spanish and sponsored by Process Expo’s international partners: CANAINCA, CANILEC, COMECARNE and Chilealimentos.

This year’s Process Expo will be about 75% larger than what was available in 2010, according to the FPSA. Advanced registration is $25 and includes access to exhibits and an extensive education program. For more information, visit
