Deposit streusel into pans

A new moist streusel depositor dispenses high-fat streusel either targeted into pocketed pans such as muffin pans or spread onto larger pans such as those used for cakes or pies, according to Hinds-Bock Corp., Bothell, Wash.
The depositor uses a dispensing system that works with high-fat products that tend to pack and bridge. Models are available to mount on top of existing equipment or Hinds-Bock conveyors or with a portable cantilevered frame to roll over conveyors.
