Danisco now offers sustainable emulsifiers that are based on sustainable palm oil or sustainable palm kernel oil. They may be used to bind oil and water in food. Danisco belongs to the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil, a not-for-profit association that has prepared criteria for sustainable oil production.
