Coiling Moulder

Coiling Moulder. A moulder (q.v.) in which a cylindrically-shaped dough piece, extended to an extra length, is fed into a curling section at an angle that permits the dough piece to be helically coiled 3.5 to 5.5 turns. The result is a loaf with characteristics that simulate those of twist bread (q.v.).
