Equipment designed to measure out appropriate unit volumes of cake batter (q.v.), cookie dough, doughnut batter, etc., and deposit them into deep fat fryers (q.v.), pans (q.v.) or moulds, or onto baking sheets (q.v.) or oven bands (q.v.), either by gravity feed or by pressure that forces the dough or batter through orifices.
