Bread products, including buns (q.v.) and rolls (q.v.), that contain additions, on a per pound basis, of 1.8 mg of thiamine (q.v.), 1.1 mg of riboflavin (q.v.), 15 mg of niacin (q.v.), and 12.5 mg of iron (q.v.) as prescribed by the FDA (q.v.) , and of 600 mg calcium as an optional ingredient.
