Full-Fat Soybean Flour

Full-Fat Soybean Flour. A flour obtained from hulled soybeans (q.v.) that retains all of the original fat (q.v.) content of the soybean and which, on an average, is composed of some 21% oil (q.v.), 42-44% protein (q.v.), 17-18% carbohydrates (q.v.), 3.5% fiber (q.v.), 5% ash (q.v.), and 8% moisture.
